Training to become a Sales & Marketing Support Trainee the participant will learn how to support Sales and Marketing operations across the business. This includes assisting with lead generation digital campaigns CRM management and business communications. The participant will also develop administrative communication and coordination skills while working closely with crossfunctional teams.
The participant will be trained in the following:
How to assist with the preparation of sales quotes proposals and supporting documentation
How to maintain and update customer information using a CRM system
How to support lead generation activities including outreach emails and followups
How to plan and execute email campaigns social media posts and digital marketing efforts
How to coordinate sales appointments meetings and followup actions
How to compile and support internal sales and marketing performance reports
How to assist in preparing materials for client presentations and company events
How to liaise with internal departments to support crossfunctional activities
Accredited and/or sector recognised training will be provided to support your placement. Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education & Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection. This optional module will fulfil your accredited training requirements for the WPEP.
Formal Training:
Prepare sales quotes proposals and documentation

Coordinate appointments and meetings
Compile internal reports and dashboards
Support event and presentation preparation
