Job Description
Job Title: Engineer Trainee Production
Assist in daily production activities including planning monitoring and execution of production schedules.
Learn and support the operation of machinery tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and assist in identifying areas for process improvement.
Collaborate with senior engineers to understand and implement production workflows.
Maintain production logs documentation and reports as per company requirements.
Participate in root cause analysis for production-related issues and suggest corrective actions.
Assist in maintaining workplace safety protocols and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Production Industrial or related Engineering discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment are preferred.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes production planning and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
Willingness to learn adapt and work in a fast-paced production setup.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications; exposure to ERP systems is an added advantage.
