Job Description

Role Overview:
We are hiring experienced cold callers fluent in Czech or Slovak to support a client in the industrial components distribution industry two hours per day. The focus is on lead engagement and generationnot direct sales. All tools and training are provided.
Compensation: 9/hour
Contract Type: Freelance (Homebased)
Work Hours: 10 hours/week MonFri between 9:0017:00 CEST
Start Date: April 30 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Place outbound B2B calls to previous and potential leads
- Engage prospects to assess interest and generate quality leads
- Update CRM with detailed activity and forecasting data
- Coordinate with international teams to meet targets
What Youll Need:
Language Skills:
- Nativelevel fluency in Czech or Slovak
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
Tech Requirements:
- Stable broadband internet (LAN connection required)
- Desktop or laptop (Windows 11 or macOS 13
- Minimum specs: 1.8GHz processor 8GB RAM 10GB free disk space
- Wired USB headset
- Monitor resolution of 1920x1080 preferred
Experience & Background:
- Previous experience in B2B lead generation or call centers
- Education in a commercial or salesrelated field is a plus
