About the Role:
The Sr. Financial Analyst will join a fastpaced growing FP&A team and will primarily support CrowdStrike in S&M financial forecasting and modeling. The candidate will provide the data and analyses for driving complex financial models to inform decision making by CrowdStrikes senior management team and support the companywide planning process. Among other responsibilities in this role you will have the unique opportunity to work with various crossfunctional teams within the organization including Sales Marketing Accounting and Data Analytics.
What Youll Do:
- Drive the financial budgeting and forecasting cycle by partnering with business leaders
- Lead workforce planning through headcount management vacancy and attrition planning and growth forecasting
- Support monthend close activities including budget versus actuals accruals and reporting
- Create and maintain financial models (pro forma scenariobased with sensitivities etc.
- Manage and report KPIs through visualizations to executives and crossfunctional teams
- Proactively identify develop and implement process improvements to achieve efficiencies and scalability
- Ad hoc and special projects
What Youll Need:
- Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Finance or related field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years progressive experience in FP&A Sales Operations or Sales Finance; SaaS company is a plus.
- Superior attention to detail must display the highest levels of consistency and accuracy in work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and nonfinancial audiences
- High aptitude and excellent analytical skills for complex problem solving and financial modeling
- Clear understanding of GAAP accounting and revenue recognition; SaaS experience a plus.
- Complete proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau Adaptive Insights Planning and NetSuite ERP a plus.
Bonus Points:
- Technology sector and/or high growth public company experience.
- Knowledge of SaaS finance and accounting metrics
- Experience with SQL and/or BI/Visualizations tools.
