Job Summary:

TheHR Generalistwill play a key role in supporting employees and managers across multiple locations by overseeing key HR functions includingrecruitment onboarding benefits administration employee relations compliance and performance management. This role requires strong problemsolving skills excellent communication and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporttalent acquisition efforts including job postings screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage theonboarding processto ensure a smooth transition for new hires including paperwork orientation and training coordination.
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and best practices.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues in alignment with company policies and employment laws.
  • Administeremployee benefits programs including health insurance and leave policies.
  • Ensure compliance withfederal state and local employment laws including FMLA ADA and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS system.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3 years of HR experience preferably in a multilocation or servicebased industry.
  • Strong knowledge ofHR policies employment laws and best practices.
  • Experience withHRIS systems payroll and benefits administration.
  • Excellentproblemsolving communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaborativelyin a fastpaced environment.
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
  • Paycor experience preferred
  • Greenhouse experience preferred
  • HireRight experience preferred
