As the Management Assistant to the Regional President APAC you will play a pivotal role in providing highlevel administrative support and ensuring seamless operations within the leadership team. You will be responsible for:
Support: Managing the Regional Presidents diary preparing reports coordinating meetings and handling confidential correspondence.
Leadership Team Coordination: Acting as the Secretariat for the APAC Leadership Team including organising agendas drafting minutes and following up on action items.
Event & Stakeholder Management: Leading key initiatives such as Town Halls stakeholder engagements and leadership meetings.
Travel & Expense Oversight: Managing business travel arrangements approvals and expense processing through Concur and SAP.
Communication & Administration: Supporting internal communications and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Facilities & Procurement Coordination: Overseeing event management office supplies and uniform suppliers.
Continuous Improvement & Strategic Initiatives: Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and engagement within the Regional Presidents office.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
5 years experience as a Management Assistant supporting multiple senior managers in a midtolarge organisation.
Advanced digital literacy including Office365 (SharePoint OneNote Word PowerPoint Outlook Excel) and video conferencing platforms.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and coordinate with external suppliers.
Exceptional organisational & time management skills with a proven ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Professionalism & confidentiality ensuring sensitive information is handled with integrity.
Strong networking abilities.
Problemsolving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
