Your Role

Digital Realty is looking for a Partner GTM and Enablement Manager in support of our broader digital transformation needs in the company.

You will play a key part in supporting the Global Partner Enablement and GTM activities and building alignment across a range of stakeholders to leverage best practices and enable tools and system optimisation. In addition you will support in conducting needs analyses and address knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills great attention to detail and eager to work in a fastpaced technologydriven environment. You will work closely with Channel Sales Marketing Product and Operations teams to drive partner success through training enablement programs and GTM initiatives.

What youll do

Partner Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for partners using the PRM portal.
  • Provide training and support to partners in how to effectively use the portal.
  • Address partner inquiries issues and escalations related to the portal.
  • Help coordinate partner enablement initiatives including training programs and certification tracking.

Content

  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop and maintain portal content.
  • Ensure all content is current relevant and aligned with partner enablement goals.
  • Organize and categorize content for easy navigation and accessibility.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Generate regular reports on portal usage engagement metrics and partner feedback.
  • Analyse data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to optimize partner engagement and satisfaction.

Partner portal management:

  • Administer and maintain the partner relationship management (PRM) portal.
  • Ensure the portal is up to date with accurate partner information resources and tools.
  • Customize and configure the portal to meet partner and organizational needs.

Continuous Improvements:

  • Stay informed about industry trends best practices and technologies in partner relationship management.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to the PRM portal based on industry insights and feedback.

Business Process Management

  • Maintain policies (Rules of Engagement) and procedures to foster alignment collaboration and sales harmony with the direct sales teams and drive program consistency in all deployed regions
  • Capture feedback on knowledge gaps and help develop content/training to address these gaps
  • Manage other tasks assigned on quarterly or annual basis

What youll Need

  • BA/BS degree with 3 years of relevant work experience in channel sales partner enablement GTM strategy or business analytics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Expert proficiency with MS Excel MS Access and comfort with large data sets.
  • Must have knowledge of
  • Nicetohave knowledge of Oracle CPQ Clari and Anaplan
  • Experience with a Data Visualization Platform (PowerBI Tableau etc)
  • Analytical problem solver and independentminded thinker; can apply theoretical concepts to real business problems.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • A high degree of organization time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a crossfunctional global environment and accommodate time zone differences
  • Selfstarter with strong work ethic and ownership of followthrough to completion
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and maintain a positive resultoriented attitude
