Responsibilities
- ManageaportfolioofoutstandingmortgagepaymentsrightacrossthearrearsspectrumthroughtoandincludingMortgageeinPossessionandAssetRealisationstage.
- Achievingsustainablesolutionsforcustomersandthebusinessbyobtainingpaymentsonoutstandingarrearsaccounts.
- Negotiating&implementingpaymentplansandmanageadherencetotheseplans.
- Buildingrapportandrelationshipswithcustomers.
- Identifyfinancialhardshipsandrefertofinancialhardshipspecialists.
- Highlydevelopedunderstandingofreconciliations.
- Soundunderstandingoflegislativerequirementsasitrelatestocollections.
- Resolvinganyproblemsandaddressinganyqueriesinanefficientmanner.
- WorkingwithBluestoneslegalandassetrealisationsteamtoensuretimelyandaccurateexecutionofBluestonescollectionstrategy.
Yourexperience
- ExperienceintheBanking&Financeindustryinacollectionsrolepreviousmortgagecollectionsexperienceishighlydesirable.
- Previousexperienceworkinginabusycorporateenvironment
- Strongcustomerserviceskillsandtheabilitytoexceedcustomerexpectations
- Possessexcellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskillswithateamfocusedattitudeandgoodattentiontodetail

- Demonstratestrongnegotiationabilitiesandtheconfidencetoovercomeobjections.
