How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
The Quality/IMS Specialist will establish help implement and oversee maintenance of the E&C Americas Quality Management systems (QMS) and ensure IMS compliance through structured reviews and validation of information from process owners. He/she will lead multiple quality improvement and metric tracking programs and will help drive implementation of qualityrelated requirements and continuous improvement objectives on
new and existing projects in . The overall goal being to meet established quality and IMS compliance requirements from the AL Group SIS and E&C Global Quality with a focus on creating more usable and simpler processes improving effectiveness and driving efficiency. The Quality/IMS manager will report to the E&C Americas HSESQPRM Director but will work independently in performing his/her tasks.
Ensure E&C Americas Quality Management System conforms to all applicable internal & external requirements.
Improve and promote quality practices and programs to develop a quality culture throughout E&C Americas. Train personnel on quality procedures protocols and documentation.
Lead and support programs and initiatives focused on improving the teams awareness and understanding of the QMS requirements and roles and responsibilities.
Develop monitor and maintain QMS programs (e.g. process controls test and inspection audit) to ensure conformity to customer internal and regulatory requirements
Coordinate investigations (e.g. RCAs) of significant quality issues arising on projects and facilitate discussions with customers and internal/external stakeholders
Perform extractions of data for problem solving & taking proactive actions
Support process improvements. Drive continuous improvement of core processes to ensure
Support evaluation and ongoing performance management of internal and external suppliers
Lead or support supplier quality management efforts for internal and critical external Train and provide assistance to less experienced members of the QA team on quality procedures
Establish and help maintain the E&C Americas industrial management system compliant with IMS Group Procedures (IMSGPs)
Ensure the E&C Americas quality management system is developed in compliance with IMS Group Procedures (IMSGPs) and other internal requirements
Ensure that industrial management system processes and their interactions are defined
Maintain current in coordination with the designated process owners a set of process maps addressing IMS requirements
Ensure process owners are performing selfassessments on a defined schedule and are maintaining compliance with their processes or updating them as needed
Develop KPIs for assessing the compliance status of the IMS and QMS and prepare twice yearly assessments and recommendations for improvement to the Managing Director
Ensure that IMS training programs are in place and relevant training is available to those with IMS roles and responsibilities
Apprise their manager and the Managing Director of any potential significant nonconformity with the compatibility matrix and process perimeter and reporting rules
Act as the Process Owner representative in myIMS Processes for IMSGP00 and IMSGP16.
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in Science Engineering Statistics Quality Management or technical field required. Equivalent experience will be considered. High school diploma or GED required.
5 7 years in Quality Assurance programs and/or managing ISOtype industrial management systems and/or quality assurance programs
Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001 (or equivalent) lead auditor certification process
Professional Quality discipline certification (e.g. CQM CQE CQA)
Lean six sigma certification (Black or Green Belt) or demonstrated experience 3 years)

Maintain the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive Docs Slides Sheets)
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Physical Requirements
Must be able to travel to work locations in vehicles and commercial airlines
Must be able to actively participate in onsite inspections audits & event investigations
Must have full range of motion ability to climb up and down stairs/ladders and to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Must be able to properly wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) in an outdoor and industrial environment.
