About the Role
Our Tax & Legal Workforce Solutions team is expanding and were looking for a Workforce Solutions Senior Associate to join our vast community of solvers. The Tax & Legal Workforce Solution team brings our purpose to life by playing a vital role in connecting our people to opportunities and experiences that complement the lives and careers of our Tax & Legal professionals. We deliver on making sure we have the right people on the right jobs at the right time.
Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Workforce Management to grow our Tax business
Resource Strategy
Workforce Operations
Project Management
In our Tax & Legal Workforce Solutions team your impact will be seen by:
Supporting & driving the usage of alternative delivery models across the business
Achieving resourcing outcomes that balance business priorities with individuals career aspirations
Maintaining a commercial resourcing lens on our client jobs to ensure an appropriate mix
Resolving conflicts effectively and escalating when required with a solutionfocused resilient working style
Analysing and manipulating numerical data to highlight trends flag issues and find solutions
Working collaboratively with the Workforce Solutions team members & wider RM Community
More information about you
Aside from workforce management you may also have a background in project management Human Resources or Operations
Experience in a corporate and professional services environment is a bonus
You have a passion for working with people and exceptional customer service building yourself as a trusted advisor and goto person
You demonstrate personal leadership and being proactive responsive adaptable and agile
You are skilled in influencing and negotiating with the ability to assert a point of view across all levels of staff from juniors to the key stakeholders of the business
You have stakeholder management experience enjoy negotiating and solving problems and the ability to diplomatically challenge the status quo
You are able to learn quickly in a fast moving environment
You are passionate about being at the forefront of change
