Job Description:
The ministry is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Solutions Designer to support the design development and configuration of Salesforce-based applications for the Health Services Cluster.
Responsibilities:
- Design technology solutions based on client specifications standards and best practices.
- Configure and integrate Salesforce with internal applications using web services and APIs.
- Ensure solutions meet Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards.
- Develop and document technical designs build books and performance metrics.
- Plan implement and support complex CRM systems.
- Develop web/mobile applications across various platforms and browsers.
- Provide support for UAT defect management and compliance with Agile methodologies.
- Lead solutioning efforts including prototyping and root cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to architecture frameworks and security/privacy standards.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and diagnostics related to Salesforce public sector capabilities.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training documentation.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
- 3 years experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Dynamic Forms.
- Experience with Vlocity (OmniStudio) platform including:
- FlexCards DataRaptors Integration Procedures
- Calculation Matrices OmniScripts
- Vlocity Data Model
- Proven ability to implement AODA-compliant solutions.
Preferred/Additional Experience:
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile (epics user stories sprints).
- Hands-on integration experience between Salesforce and internal systems.
- CI/CD implementation experience in Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft is a plus.
- Previous experience in Ontario Public Sector or other Government/Public Sector organizations.
