St Patricks College is a Catholic day and boarding school for boys in Year 7 to 12 in the Edmund Rice tradition. Founded in 1893 it is a beautifully resourced school in terms of its staff and facilities and is known for many things including its energy and sense of community.

The College is seeking to appoint a number of Exam Supervisors in accordance with VCAA requirements. Applicants will need to be available for the GAT on Tuesday 17 June 2025 and must have a valid Employee Working With Childrens Check.
Applicants need to meet the following VCAA Conditions of Appointment for Supervisors:
Exam supervisors cannot be:
1. Related to or associated with any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025 at St Patricks College.
2. Teaching any student required to sit the GAT or any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025.
3. Tutoring a student required to sit the GAT or any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study at St Patricks College.
4. Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2025 or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment material at St Patricks College.
5. Employed by the school as a teaching (excluding CRT) or member of the administration staff
All appointed supervisors are required to complete the Supervisor Relationships Statutory Declaration and Conditions of Appointment well in advance of the first day of employment. Supervisors cannot be employed at a school where they have taught VCE Units 12 and/or 34 in the last two years.

Application Process
Step 1 Application to be submitted
Applications must include:
- Cover letter which sets out your interest in applying for the role what you offer to the role and a broad outline of experience
- Resume which sets out relevant work and study experience
Step 2: Video Interview
- St Patricks College will screen initial applications and select applicants who will progress to video interview stage
- Video Interview link will be emailed to selected applicants
Step 3: Reference Checking
- Preferred candidates will be reference checked
Step 4: Appointment
- Successful applicants will be invited to attend an induction session with the VCE Coordinator / Chief Examiner
