Job Description
- Work with engineering to track submittals as requested
- Implement the field installation plan and assist with managing the plan for the projects duration
- Coordinate project change orders with the sales team
- Serve as liaison between the Company and contractors in the field constantly monitoring contractor performance
- Attend/conduct project meetings with installation and construction personnel
- Work directly with customers to establish and publish project timelines with a completion date
- Work with the operations manager to determine staffing and materials needed to complete projects as scheduled
- Work with the operations manager to ensure accurate and timely billing to the customer
- Communicate project progress to customers and Company team members and coordinate project changes with the sales team
- Evaluate the project regularly to establish best practices and make recommendations for improvements
- Work with technical staff and trainers to ensure testing and training are completed and proper closeout documentation is prepared for the customer
- Associates degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience or experience in installing lowvoltage systems
- Demonstrated communication skills including both written and verbal communication
- Ability to effectively interpret blueprints or project plans
- Professional reliable highly organized and punctual
- Customer service & team oriented with a pleasant disposition
- Maintain industryrecognized technology credential(s)
- PMP a plus
- Maintain a clean driving record
