As part of our continued growth we are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Technical Support Engineer Wireless Systems to join our team. This role involves handson support of advanced wireless systems including packet microwave and millimeterwave radios used in 3G/4G/5G mobile transport networks and fixed wireless broadband access.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment collaborating with international teams and customers to support the deployment integration and ongoing performance of missioncritical wireless infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your expertise in radio technologies IP networking and global telecom operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for wireless transport solutions across mobile backhaul fronthaul and fixed wireless access applications
  • Participate in deployment activities including system setup configuration testing and customer acceptance
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues spanning hardware software and network components
  • Perform remote or onsite support for international customer projects
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address escalated issues and deliver timely solutions
  • Document support procedures system configurations and troubleshooting workflows
  • Stay up to date with the latest wireless networking trends technologies and best practices


Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • Understanding of RF propagation theory and wireless communication concepts
  • Familiarity with Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols and network configuration principles
  • Practical experience working in Linuxbased environments
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally for support and implementation activities

Desired Skills:

  • Handson experience with wireless deployment (e.g. pointtopoint pointtomultipoint backhaul systems)
  • Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting L2/L3 services on network switches and routers
  • Proficiency using tools such as protocol analyzers packet sniffers and traffic generators
  • Competency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel
  • Working knowledge of a second foreign language (e.g. Spanish French Russian Italian)
