For Commissioning & Qualification services in the Manufacturing area.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering and previous exposure to C&Q activities within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices industry.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish both written and verbal are required.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Validation Protocols
- GMP & GDP regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The daytoday on the job)
- Provide technical support for commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities related to equipment systems and processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Develop and execute validation protocols including Installation Qualification (IQ) Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ).
- Analyze data and prepare detailed reports to document C&Q activities and findings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning and qualification phases.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Engineering Practices (GEP).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize C&Q processes.
- Train and mentor team members on C&Q procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in C&Q methodologies.
