Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to handle difficult situations with members of the public.
Knowledge of general office equipment and procedures.
Knowledge and skill in the use of software with an emphasis on the effective application of graphics and spreadsheets for report summaries and presentations.

Job Overview:
This Executive Assistant (Administrative Assistant 3 position serves as the administrative assistant to the Administrator of the Division of Criminal Investigation within the Department of Justice. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative support to include but not limited to coordinating office functions support services scheduling handling of all correspondence screening phone calls scheduling meetings and performing other miscellaneous support duties. Additional assistance will be required in monitoring grantfunded programs to ensure compliance and budgetary understanding of their impact working on annual reports and statistical tracking of crime events of interest to the Administrator and assisting with case management system data reports for legislative reporting.
