We are seeking an experienced Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster to handle moderate to complex auto liability and property damage claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines claims with excellent investigation negotiation and customer service skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of progressive claims experience with a strong focus on Commercial Auto.
- Strong knowledge of auto liability bodily injury and property damage claims
- Experience managing claims from first notice of loss through resolution
- Familiarity with claim management systems (e.g. Guidewire Xactimate etc.
- Adjusters license in TX FL or GA required (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple claims in a fastpaced environment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Investigate evaluate and resolve commercial auto claims including bodily injury property damage and liability exposures
- Determine coverage liability and damages through thorough investigations
- Maintain accurate and timely claim files in accordance with company procedures and best practices
- Communicate effectively with policyholders claimants attorneys and other involved parties
- Work with repair facilities medical providers and other thirdparty vendors to support claim resolution
- Negotiate settlements in accordance with company guidelines and applicable state regulations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
