Corporate Attorney Join a Respected Growing Firm with a 150 Year Legacy
Location: Cleveland Ohio
Aspen Careers is proud to partner witha distinguished midsize fullservice law firm based in Cleveland with a history dating back to the 1800s. They are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join their dynamic and expanding Corporate Practice Group.

What Youll Do:
Handle complex corporate transactions including M&A and contract negotiations
Serve as trusted outside General Counsel to business clients
Support small business clients through all stages of growth and development
Contribute to real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions and development projects
Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas in a teamoriented environment
What Were Looking For:
15 years of experience in corporate or business law
Proven experience in M&A sophisticated transactional work and corporate governance
A background in real estate law is a plus
Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio
A strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a clientfirst mindset
