Location: 609 Olive Way Suite 505 Seattle WA 98101

Time: Wednesday July 23rd. 2025 from 10am-11am

Rate: $28.05-$34.48/Hour

What Your Day May Look Like

  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation
  • Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the clients premises
  • Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
  • Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions
  • Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity
  • Provide detailed written reports.

Standard Position Requirements - $28.05/hr (Seattle WA Kent/Renton WA or Bellevue/Redmond WA)

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Standard computer / technology skills needed
  • Must have 1 years security & customer service/hospitality experience
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
  • Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
  • Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.

Specialty Position Requirements - $34.48/hr (Everett WA or Redmond/Kirkland WA)

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Associate degree OR 2 years of honorable military service required
  • Standard computer / technology skills needed
  • Must have 1 years security & customer service/hospitality experience
  • Prior police or military experience a plus
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
  • Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
  • Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
  • Due to applicable export control laws and regulations candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who can provide outstanding customer service control access for patrons visitors or vendors as required monitor CCTV and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
