are looking for anOperations & Client Service Coordinatorthat will support the workflow engagement management & scheduling coordination with our internal team members and external clients of the firm.

This position is expected to be a liaison between our staff and external clients with our management group. This role will assist in keeping the Entrepreneurial Services Group (ESG) focused organized and on track to provide excellent client service to our team and our clients. This individual will have strong business acumen client/customer focus and interpersonal skills.

Operations & Client Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage client engagement schedules utilizing scheduling software and tools for 60 staff across our office locations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and team members to assist with managing resources and meeting client service expectations
  • Manage scheduling meetings with managers & partners on an asneeded basis
  • Collaborate with clients to collect information documents and deliverables as needed to support engagement processes.
  • Monitor workflow timelines and communicate with clients and internal team to provide updates.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation data entry and digital file management.

Operations & Client Service Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2 years of experience in scheduling client service or administrative roles preferably within a public accounting firm or professional services environment.
  • 2 years of advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • 2 years of clientservice experience

Operations & Client Service Coordinator Desired Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
