Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager Midmarket Location: BurlingtonHybrid Schedule 3 days a week in office.

Position SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager who thrives in a fastpaced growthoriented environment. This is a clientfacing handson role for someone with a deep understanding of commercial insurance needs and a passion for delivering unmatched service.
Youll be working closely with a portfolio of midmarket clients across diverse industries including manufacturing wholesale childcare education and healthcare. If you enjoy building relationships negotiating smart coverage and helping clients feel secure in their risk strategiesthis is your seat at the table.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain strong trustbased relationships with insurers and clients.
Review policies for accuracy report claims and manage contract terms.
Negotiate coverage terms pricing and conditions with underwriters.
Design insurance plans and prepare client proposals tailored to their unique needs.
Analyze renewals and prepare effective negotiation strategies.
Respond to client inquiries within service standards and resolve issues proactively.
Maintain accurate records track policy expirations manage abeyances and tasks.
Manage daytoday client requests with attention to detail and urgency.
Follow up with insurers and clients for outstanding information and documentation.
What You Bring
5 years of Commercial Lines experience ideally in midmarket.
RIBO license is required.
Strong ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A customerfirst mindset with a proven track record of service excellence.
Strong organizational skills and comfort with managing multiple priorities.
