We are looking for a Sales support officer for the specialty and grocery clients you will be the first point of contact of your clients. You will manage the customer relationship and ensure the increase of the turnover. You will be the responsible of to ensure a good application of the business review negotiated at a national level.
Your role will consist also to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will use your communication skills to identify and address clients needs while representing our company in a positive way. Ultimately you will contribute to building profitable longterm relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives. If you enjoy coming up with effective solutions and working toward achieving goals this job is right for you.
The position combines Field Sales Support and KAM Support responsibilities with each making up 50 of the role. It falls under the responsibility of the Sales Manager who will oversee both aspects of the position.
Field Sales Support Responsible for developing and managing the Field Sales bonus strategy including the design of quarterly KPI objectives in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Field Managers. Regularly monitor and analyze performance against these KPIs throughout each quarter. Also in charge of creating and overseeing field sales challenges to drive motivation and
performance all in alignment with the companys short and longterm priorities.
Promotional strategy & coordination Define and analyze the promotional strategy in collaboration with clients and promo managers including response to folders and alignment with customer highlights. Ensure smooth communication and followup between the office team and the field sales team regarding all promotional activities while maintaining strong direct relationships with clients and key promotional stakeholders across grocery and specialty channels.
Different projects directly linked to the Field Sales team and/or the promotion management
You have an experience succeed on field sales.
You are comfortable with datas and can use Microsoft Office
You have excellent (verbal and written) communication skills
You have a certain leadership and are comfortable with taking decisions
You have good timemanagement skills with a problemsolving and can do attitude
You are able to communicate in English with foreigners
You have an excellent team spirit
