Position Title: Administrative Assistant (TechSavvy)

Fulltime 40 hours per week
VA Rate : 67$ per hour (negotiable based on expertise)

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We re seeking a highly organized and techsavvy Administrative Assistant with strong experience in Google Suite basic programming knowledge and workflow automation tools. This position plays a key role in designing optimizing and managing digital workflows creating efficient processes and supporting crossdepartmental administration using tools like SmartSheet DocuSign and Google Forms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize shared files documents and calendars within Google Workspace.
- Design and maintain SmartSheet dashboards and automated workflows.
- Create and manage document templates and signatures through DocuSign.
- Build and optimize processes using Google Forms including conditional logic and integrations.
- Support technical admin needs including basic scripting or automation (Apps Script preferred)
- Assist in building out SOPs and operational transition documents for internal processes.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to implement and monitor workflow solutions.
Requirements
Skills and Experience Required:
- 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or operations coordinator (remote experience preferred)
- Expertise in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Forms Calendar Drive Gmail)
- Familiarity with Google Apps Script or basic programming logic.
- Proficiency in SmartSheet and DocuSign required.
- Excellent problemsolving processthinking and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
