JOB DESCRIPTION: Digital Marketer
We are seeking a selfdriven experienced Digital Marketer who can develop and execute datadriven marketing strategies to build brand awareness generate leads and drive conversions. The ideal candidate is not just a poster and scheduler but a strategist who understands how to optimize campaigns and close the marketing loop through paid advertising email marketing and content coordination .
Key Responsibilities
Develop implement and manage Facebook and Instagram and Google ad campaigns (paid and organic)
Research and identify target NDIS and aged care communities online (e.g. Facebook groups) and formulate outreach strategies.
Plan write schedule and publish social media content in coordination with our internal design team
Manage and segment an existing email database using platforms including Hubspot and Mailchimp.
Set up and execute email marketing campaigns targeting segmented lists (existing clients leads etc.
Monitor ad spend analyze performance metrics (CTR conversions ROI) and make datainformed adjustments
Collaborate with the founder on marketing calendar content themes and campaign strategy
Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Canva Pro to accelerate and enhance creative outputs
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Assist the founder with other administrative and accounting tasks as appropriate
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
23 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Strong handson experience with Meta Ads Manager Google Ad Manager
Familiarity with email automation tools
Proficient in graphic tools (Canva Adobe etc. actual design support available if needed)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of SEO and content strategy is important
Experience targeting governmentsubsidized sectors or healthcare audiences is a bonus
Working knowledge of Xero would be a plus
Excellent written English and communication skills
