As part of the Digital Accelerator Data team you ll play a pivotal role in building intelligent scalable data solutions that transform how we engage with healthcare providers and patients worldwide.
Why This Role
- Be at the forefront of digital transformation driving data management strategies that shape the future of personalized healthcare.
- Work with industry-leading technologies like Python DBT Snowflake and AWS to develop robust data pipelines and models.
- Collaborate with product teams to power AI-driven recommendations targeted digital campaigns and real-time engagement insights.
Your Impact
- Design build and maintain high-performance data pipelines to support mission-critical analytics.
- Optimize and implement data models using DBT and Snowflake for scalable real-time insights.
- Ensure data quality and governance working closely with Data Scientists and Analysts.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python for data processing automation and integration.
- Experience in DBT and Snowflake optimizing data transformations and warehousing.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services or Microsoft Azure or GCP.
- Solid understanding of SQL CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions Terraform) and data security best practices.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive impact.
Your Background
- 3-4 years of experience as a Data Engineer in a high-performing data team.
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relevant field.
- Healthcare industry experience A huge plus!
