Job Title: Sales Executive B2C Segment
Location: Noida Onsite Permanent
Experience Required: 1 5 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing B2C sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving directtoconsumer sales building strong relationships with customers and achieving sales targets through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential customers through calls emails and other communication platforms.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable product/service solutions.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain customer data followup schedules and status updates in CRM tools.
Conduct product demos and virtual meetings if required.
Provide excellent customer service and postsale support.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in B2C sales (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
