At JobsPassport (a division of 2COMS Group) we are building a highperformance freelance recruiter network to support our growing international mandates across the USA and Europe.
We are hiring experienced freelance recruiters to work on live hiring projects in Healthcare Engineering IT and Skilled Trades. You will have full access to our internal ATS (Zoho Recruit) and will work closely with our backoffice coordination team.
This role is fully remote successbased and performancedriven. You ll be responsible for independently sourcing screening and submitting qualified candidates for roles in the U.S. and European markets.
Responsibilities
- Source and submit interviewready candidates for international roles (USA & Europe only)
- Upload candidate profiles exclusively via Zoho Recruit
- Track feedback coordinate interviews and ensure smooth handoff to our client teams.
- Maintain clear documentation and timely updates on each submission
- Ensure compliance with relevant US/EU hiring norms
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (International exposure preferred)
- Must be able to source candidates independently (No leads or database will be provided)
- Familiarity with US/EU recruitment standards visa awareness and compliance guidelines
- Proficient with LinkedIn sourcing Boolean search and ATS workflows
- Comfortable working on a successonly payout model
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Must have a valid PayPal account for international payments
