This team sits within theLMS Customer Science organization and is responsible for developing and scaling leadingedge insights solutions to deepen strategic relationships with our marketing customers and drive commercial outcomes powered by the experiences of LinkedIns 1B members spanning over 200 countries and territories.
Key responsibilities for this role include project managing data solutions innovation aligned to new platform products features ad formats and associated measurement solutions using advanced analytics and technical solutions including data clean rooms to deliver worldclass marketing and business intelligence to unlock new paths for market differentiation and growth. Realizing the vision for this role will require supporting the development of a portfolio of insights solutions to better nurture and grow existing customers through insights innovation. The ideal candidate is customer and project focused collaborative consultative and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment. Success in role requires strong project management skills and the ability to build clear and effective processes and work collaboratively with partners across Sales Marketing Operations Product and Engineering teams as well as Insights teams in other lines of business to understand business challenges opportunities and solution paths.
Responsibilities
Technical Solutions Innovation & Management
Lead technical development implementation and program management of Customer Insights value innovation solutions including planning scheduling and coordinating resources adhering to Agile methodologies.
Harness the power of Gen AI and cloud technologies (e.g. data clean rooms) to drive solutions innovation and insightsdriven value creation for customers.
Create Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and innovative Customer Insights solutions at scale. Partner closely across Customer Insights R&D and other crossfunctional teams to develop QA and standardize solutions.
Team Leadership
Collaborate with the Value Innovation and Scalesupport solutions team as well as the broader Customer Insights and Customer Science organizations to deliver impactful solutions that support commercial goals.
Execute using new ways of working that increase Customer Insights impact on the business and accelerate time to value
Contribute to a collaborative work environment by fostering knowledge sharing constructive feedback transparency accountability and continuous learning
Operationalize modern planning and bestpracticesbalancing process rigor with solutiondriven agility to achieve commercial outcomes
Stakeholder Partnerships
Work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to capture complex business requirements solution and drive full scale deployment (launch adoption impact assessment).
Be a worldclass collaborator who can build trust influence and cocreate effectively with a diverse group of partners across the global Customer Insights and broader Customer Science organizations.
Work closely with marketing teams data scientists and other stakeholders to define data analysis needs cocreate data backed solutions and translate data into actionable insights.
Commercial Impact
Develop insights innovations align to customers commercial objectives equipping sales teams with insights that support revenue expansion relationshipbuilding and strategic advisory capabilities.
Create new and innovative Customer Insights assets that demonstrate the value of new platform features and ad formats while expanding the business use cases for LinkedIns firstparty data
Leverage marketing and technical subject matter expertise to meaningfully influence and impact customer outcomes as well as our product roadmap
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
M.S. or above in data science computer science engineering mathematics statistics or other quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in digital media analytics marketing analytics media consulting or related industry
Technical data analytics project and/or program management expertise in customerfacing roles driving projects consulting and/or executing on deliverables
Experience in advanced SQL python data modelling and marketing analytics methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM identity solutions (e.g. Google Ads Data Hub LiveRamp Snowflake)
Experience in B2B marketing analytics and marketing intelligence or B2B consulting
Direct experience developing AI/Machine Learning solutions for marketing sales or advertising use cases
Strong commercial and customer success orientation with proven track record developing intelligence solutions aligned to commercial outcomes
Excellent business judgment strategic thinking and solutionsorientation
Strong analytical and adaptive problemsolving skills with a focus on driving actionable insights from complex data sets
Deep knowledge or direct experience with Data Clean Rooms
Experience working with Big Data building complex pipelines to extract valuable insights from high volume and high velocity data
Proven track record in creating innovative solutions and then scaling them to impact internal teams and external partners alike
Experience working with offshore analyst teams
Strong communication presentation skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $102000 to $160000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
