About the Role: As a Production Manager for studio you will be responsible for the seamless of webinars and live virtual events from planning through to . This includes managing the technical backend coordinating with content strategists and ensuring the production processes run smoothly and innovatively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rehearsals Recordings & Live Event Support:
- Facilitate and execute rehearsals handle recordings and provide live event support for webinars and virtual events.
- Collaboration with Content Strategists:
- Support content strategists with necessary production activities from creating webinar events to video editing ensuring attention to detail and clear communication.
- OntheDay Event Support:
- Provide technical and logistical support during live events ensuring everything runs smoothly

Qualifications :
- Technical Experience 3 years):
- Experience with digital production specifically webinars podcasts virtual events and video.
- A strong focus on the technical backend (setting up platforms troubleshooting etc..
- Familiarity with Webinar Platforms:
- Knowledge of ON24 or similar video conferencing platforms is preferred ensuring the smooth operation of digital events.
- Communication & ProblemSolving Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and remain calm under pressure especially during live events.
- Positive Attitude & Drive for Excellence:
- A proactive positive attitude and a desire to continuously improve production processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- TechSavvy: Proficient in various webinars and virtual platforms with a keen interest in discovering new ways to enhance digital production.
- Organized: Able to juggle multiple tasks and projects ensuring all aspects of event production are completed on time and to a high standard.
- TeamOriented: Works well with content strategists and other team members offering technical and logistical support to ensure event success.
Additional Information :
The salary range for this role is 65k to 80k depending on experience.
