Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager with a solid background in automobile sales capable of leading a team managing client accounts across B2B B2C and B2G channels and delivering revenue growth through effective execution and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales executives to achieve group and individual sales targets.
  • Personally manage high-value clients and strategic accounts.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2C B2B and B2G markets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular team performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts performance reports and action plans.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years automobile sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong record of achieving and exceeding monthly personalized sales targets.

  • Proven expertise in handling corporate retail and government clients.

  • Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills.

  • Ability to coach and motivate a high-performing sales team.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field is required.
