Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager with a solid background in automobile sales capable of leading a team managing client accounts across B2B B2C and B2G channels and delivering revenue growth through effective execution and relationship management.
- Lead a team of sales executives to achieve group and individual sales targets.
- Personally manage high-value clients and strategic accounts.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2C B2B and B2G markets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular team performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Prepare sales forecasts performance reports and action plans.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years automobile sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong record of achieving and exceeding monthly personalized sales targets.
Proven expertise in handling corporate retail and government clients.
Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills.
Ability to coach and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field is required.
