Finance Business Partner Switzerland Austria

As a Finance Business Partner you will serve as a trusted advisor to the operational management team and act as a copilot in steering the financial performance of our sales and service operations in Switzerland and Austria.

This function is carried out on a pro rata basis at one of our locations in Switzerland or Austria.

Your impact

• Identifying and balancing risks and anticipating market/technology/financial trends
• Promoting profitability and growth as well as managing cash flow figures and improving working capital
• Creating and checking monthly and annual financial statements as well as quarterly forecasts and KPI and ad hoc reporting
• Creating sales margin and cost analyses
• Regular project controlling
• Ensuring local administrative as well as group requirements
• Collaboration in the superordinate international Finance Business Partner Team

Who you are

You are particularly characterized by your ability to work in a team and your communication skills. You also have an analytical crossdepartmental way of thinking as well as leadership skills. Furthermore you have a distinct affinity for number and data processing.

• Completed studies in the field of business administration economics e.g. with a focus on finance and controlling or comparable education and training in finance
• Several years of professional experience in finance or controlling
• Initial leadership experience or leadership of project teams is an advantage
• Very good user knowledge in SAP FI/CO PowerBI as well as MS Office (especially Excel)
• Business fluent German and English skills are mandatory conversational French skills are an advantage
• Travel activity approx. 1020 of the working time
