About the role

Are you passionate about quality risk and compliance and committed to making a real difference Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) is seeking a proactive Quality Risk & Compliance (QRaC) Business Partner to champion continuous improvement and help shape a culture of excellence. Based at our corporate services office in Eight Mile Plains and reporting directly to the Head of QRaC this is your opportunity to make a real differencesupporting continuous improvement inspiring stakeholder engagement and guiding RAQ through a period of meaningful change. Additionally you will:

• Lead and drive continuous improvement of RAQs quality risk and safety management systems ensuring alignment with legislative contractual and industry standards including ISO 9001:2015 and Human Services Quality Standards (HSQS).
• Oversee and optimise document management practices including version control policy updates and training to maintain compliance and efficiency across the organisation.
• Support internal and external audit activities monitor corrective actions and embed improvements based on audit findings to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on enterprise and operational risks integrating risk insights into quality and compliance systems to inform decision-making and support proactive risk management.
• Lead workplace health and safety initiatives including trend analysis policy review and engagement strategies to embed a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
• Manage complaints and feedback processes analyse data to identify systemic risks and collaborate with stakeholders to refine systems and support service quality across RAQ.

Your approach is proactive and you are committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism accountability and integrity.

Additionally you have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business Quality Risk Compliance WHS or a related discipline; WHS training or certification (minimum Certificate IV WHS or higher).
• Proven experience leading the implementation monitoring and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 9001 & HSQS).
• Ability to collaborate across various organisational departments (including senior and executive management) to improve systems monitor issues and drive compliance with legislation standards and internal policy.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards including ISO 9001 and the Human Services Quality Framework (HSQF).
• Knowledge of work health and safety legislation and governance frameworks including the responsibilities of organisations and officers under the WHS Act.
