Job Description
The role of the Server/ Attendant is to wait on tables promptly courteously and to serve the guest in any way possible in addition to bussing tables and running food to guests.

Responsibilities
- Knowledge of fine dining service.
- Must have full familiarity with menus.
- Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
- Station setup and breakdown/sidework.
- To polish and clean glass and silver wares.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
- To have dollies underliners ready.
- To fold various napkins for service
- Service to guests.
- Be pleasant smile and greet all guests using surnames when obtained.
- Clean and maintain restaurant.
- Knowledge of Micros Computer System
- Help other associates whenever possible and maintain a dedication towards teamwork.
- Clear and disinfect tables following service to prepare for guests
- Assist with running food to tables from the kitchen in a time appropriate manner
Qualifications
- Prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Fulltime part time and on call positions available
