Your Role:
As a Service Loaner Coordinator youll be the first point of contact for customers needing loaner vehicles while their BMW is in service. Your role is crucial in delivering a seamless and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the loaner car fleet ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
- Schedule and coordinate loaner vehicles for service customers.
- Communicate loaner policies and procedures with clarity and professionalism.
- Perform inspections on returned vehicles for cleanliness and damage.
- Collaborate with service advisors to streamline vehicle exchanges.
- Maintain detailed records of loaner vehicle usage.
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in customer service or the automotive industry preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail when managing inventory and processing agreements.
- Positive teamoriented attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with dealership software (CDK/ADP) is a plus.
