Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager in organizing and monitoring the progress of advanced analytics projects.
- Ensure smooth communication between data scientists engineers and business stakeholders.
- Track project milestones and proactively flag potential delays or risks.
- Schedule and document project meetings capturing key discussions action points and follow-ups.
- Support Agile/Scrum activities by coordinating sprints stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Maintain and update project documentation timelines and tracking systems.
- Help manage resource allocation and ensure availability of necessary tools and infrastructure.
- Support budget tracking and administrative tasks related to project expenditures.
- Assist in quality assurance processes by verifying that deliverables meet defined requirements.
- Provide reports and dashboards on project progress for leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate compliance with data governance security standards and ethical considerations.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Project Management Data Science or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role preferably within data science analytics or technology-driven projects.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational problem-solving and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Basic understanding of data science machine learning and analytics concepts (a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) for reporting and documentation.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred).
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams within AI Machine Learning or Business Intelligence projects.
- Familiarity with data governance and security policies.
2-4 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably within data science, analytics, or technology-driven projects.
