Job Description
Amazons Global Logistics Exports Air Product team is seeking a Supply Chain Manager II to drive innovative crossborder transportation solutions. In this role you will integrate thirdparty carriers into Amazons network collaborate crossfunctionally to translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee carrier deployment projects endtoend.
Key job responsibilities
Manage endtoend carrier onboarding and deployment projects
Launch and ramp up new supply chain solutions
Monitor performance metrics and communicate project status to leadership
Stabilize operations and transition programs to operational teams
Create and execute detailed project plans ensuring adequate testing throughout
Analyze data using tools like Excel and SQL to assess performance and highlight improvements
Collaborate with technical nontechnical and operations teams to gather requirements and establish project scope
A day in the life
Youll start your day reviewing program metrics and addressing any operational challenges that arose. Throughout the day youll collaborate with teams across the globe from tech partners to logistics providers. Youll lead project meetings analyze performance data and work on process improvements. You might develop a new reporting dashboard strategize with stakeholders on program enhancements or create executive presentations highlighting program achievements and opportunities.

Global Logistics Imports is dedicated to optimizing speed and cost in the movement of freight from global manufacturing hubs to Amazons international marketplaces. We serve both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers and retail direct import vendors. Our team leverages logistics providers and internal Amazon supply chain solutions to increase selection and lower costs for our customers. 2 years of program or project management experience
2 years of supply chain experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience in driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.
Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level including: compile queries subqueries aggregation/grouping data modification etc.
5 years of supply chain experience
Experience in leading large cross functional projects
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
