At Google DeepMind were pioneering the future of multimodal AI models which can consume and produce text images audio and even video. All while tackling critical new problems to scale world models to the highest levels of compute.
World models will power numerous domains such as visual reasoning and simulation planning for embodied agents and real-time interactive this role youll be central to defining the vision and strategy for our next-generation models.

The role
Product managers at Google DeepMind identify and deliver on opportunities to apply cutting-edge research to products and infrastructure across Google and Alphabet and that are used by millions of people. Working at Alphabet scale gives us a unique set of opportunities allowing us to apply our research beyond the lab towards global and complex problems.
In this role you will develop a strong understanding of the multimodal AI landscape and translate product opportunities and complex technical concepts into clear actionable product plans. You will build excitement about the potential of multimodal technologies and drive their launch and adoption for consumers developers and in Google products.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and drive the roadmap
- Establish novel use cases and product applications
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with the Gemini and Media teams to ensure a coherent model narrative
- Operate in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company
About you
In order to set you up for success as a Product Manager at Google DeepMind we look for the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree.
- 8 years of experience in product management consulting co-founder or related role.
- 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
In addition the following would be an advantage:
- Experience in product management with a deep understanding of the AI/ML space
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $183000 - $271000 bonus equity benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
