Job Description
Business Operations Analyst Madison or Brookfield WI (OnSite)
Travel between locations required (weekly or biweekly)

From coordinating scheduling and billing to driving business intelligence and ensuring operational readiness this role is essential to our success and growth.
What Youll Do
Youll be at the center of our firms operational pulse spending your time:
60 Scheduling & Billing:
Coordinate staff assignments across projects and teams
Maximize utilization while fostering staff development
Monitor project progress and billing cycles
Analyze resource trends and recommend improvements
20 Reporting & Analysis:
Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI
Provide leaders with datadriven staffing insights
Monitor performance metrics like utilization leverage and capacity
Present findings and influence business decisions
20 Operational Readiness:
Support internal systems and processes
Lead continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate crossfunctionally to optimize the client experience
Support tech rollouts and special projects
What You Bring
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Finance Accounting Stats or Business
4 years of experience in business operations ideally in a professional services setting
Power BI proficiency and experience with ERP systems (Acumatica a plus!
Strong analytical communication and presentation skills
An eye for efficiency and a passion for problemsolving
