We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Super team at Mercer. This role will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership abilities be a role model for professionalism and enjoy working as part of a team. Candidates in similar roles are encouraged to apply or applicants with a significant amount of experience supporting senior leadership.
We will count on you to:
Provide highquality administrative support to the Mercer Superannuation Company Secretariat including formatting and managing board and committee papers.
Coordinate director travel arrangements manage expense claims and ensure effective communication with board members.
Organize and facilitate board and committee meetings including logistics catering and minutetaking.
Maintain accurate records of board and director information including conflicts of interest and training schedules.
Develop and implement administrative systems to enhance board operations and efficiencies.
What you need to have:
Proven experience in providing highlevel support in a similar role ideally within a corporate or governance environment.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Advanced organizational and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using Diligent Boardbooks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while working under pressure.
