Mercer is seeking candidates for the position of Board Administrator.

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Super team at Mercer. This role will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership abilities be a role model for professionalism and enjoy working as part of a team. Candidates in similar roles are encouraged to apply or applicants with a significant amount of experience supporting senior leadership.

We will count on you to:

  • Provide highquality administrative support to the Mercer Superannuation Company Secretariat including formatting and managing board and committee papers.

  • Coordinate director travel arrangements manage expense claims and ensure effective communication with board members.

  • Organize and facilitate board and committee meetings including logistics catering and minutetaking.

  • Maintain accurate records of board and director information including conflicts of interest and training schedules.

  • Develop and implement administrative systems to enhance board operations and efficiencies.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in providing highlevel support in a similar role ideally within a corporate or governance environment.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

  • Advanced organizational and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using Diligent Boardbooks.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while working under pressure.
