The University of Oregon Department of Intercollegiate Athletics will provide an outstanding collegiate experience to our studentathletes while enabling them to pursue excellence in the classroom the community and their lives while competing at the highest level in their chosen sport.
This position is to support the Director of Food and Beverage the General Manager of Concessions and the Concessions and Catering Manager with clerical assistance and exclusive control of the nonprofit organizations that volunteer for the Concessions Department. Oversee all office activities in the Moshofsky Center and Matthew Knight Arena. Supervise parttime workers and students to assist with office duties.
Two years of general clerical experience. One year of which included typing word processing or other experience generating documents;
OR
An Associates degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology;
OR
Graduation from a private school of business with a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology and one year of general clerical experience.
College courses in Office Occupations or Office Technology will substitute for the required experience on a yearforyear basis.
Expertise with Microsoft Office.
Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
Concessions experience.
Experience working with Clover Sport (bypass POS system).
Experience doing payroll for staff through the Kronos timekeeping system.
Familiar with Adobe.
