Our client is a leading security and risk management firm specializing in executive protection asset security and crisis response is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to streamline sales operations support client acquisition and enhance customer engagement. Youll work closely with the sales and operations teams to manage pipelines coordinate proposals and ensure seamless communication with clients in high-stakes industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist in managing the sales pipeline tracking leads and following up with potential clients;
Proposal Coordination: Draft and format security service proposals ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot (or similar CRM) logging interactions contracts and client requirements.
Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and operational teams scheduling meetings and ensuring timely responses.
Market Research: Identify trends in security sector to support targeted outreach and sales strategies.
Administration: Prepare contracts invoices and reports ensuring compliance with company protocols.
Requirements:
2 years in sales coordination admin or client-facing roles (experience in security logistics or B2B services is a plus).
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written/verbal English (Tok Pisin or other local languages are a bonus).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment with stakeholders across time zones.
