One of our most exclusive clients a luxury country house hotel near Ascot is offering an exciting opportunity to join their renowned 2 Rosette restaurant. They are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to lead the team at their charming brasseriestyle food outlet.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Restaurant Manager
- 45000 to 48000 per annum (DOE) plus a 20 bonus and circa 2000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
- Leading developing and mentoring the frontofhouse team to uphold the highest standards of service creating an unforgettable guest experience.
- Ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of service from guest interaction to table presentation upholding the hotels prestigious reputation.
- Collaborating with the kitchen brigade to maintain seamless communication and deliver a flawless memorable dining experience.
