As the Commercial Energy Solutions Manager at KION North America you will spearhead energy solutions across the commercial landscape positioning KION as an innovative player in sustainable energy solutions. You will drive market growth by championing KIONs lithiumion offerings ensuring alignment with customer needs regulatory standards and industry advancements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Develop and execute a commercial energy strategy focused on expanding KIONs market presence in lithiumion and other energyefficient technologies.
- Product Expertise & Customer Engagement: Act as the primary lithiumion expert for the commercial team providing indepth technical knowledge to customers integrators and internal teams ensuring KIONs solutions meet evolving customer demands.
- Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify key trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies that align with KIONs growth objectives.
- Collaboration with R&D and Product Development: Work closely with engineering and product development teams to drive enhancements in lithiumion and other energyefficient products aligning KIONs offerings with market needs and sustainable practices.
- Sales Enablement & Training: Develop training materials and programs that empower the sales team and integrators to effectively communicate the benefits of KIONs energy solutions with a special emphasis on lithiumion technology.
- Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations related to lithiumion and alternative energy systems. Promote sustainability initiatives in alignment with KIONs corporate social responsibility goals.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs for the commercial energy strategy track performance and report on revenue growth market share and customer satisfaction related to energy products.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in energy management commercial strategy or a related field within the material handling or OEM sectors.
- Indepth knowledge of lithiumion technology and its applications in material handling equipment.
- Proven track record of working with commercial teams to drive growth in energy solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in competitive analysis within the material handling or adjacent industries.
- Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel 50 of the time to Customer Accounts and to the KNA office in Summerville SC
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Environmental Science or related field; MBA preferred.
