- Responsible for the coordination of the HR activities programs and initiatives
- Drive the Marriott brand values and philosophy in all training and development activities
- Monitor enrollments attendance and record training hours for the hotel
- Assist Department managers with Brand Standard Training
- Ensure associates receive ongoing training to enable them to be confident and relaxed
- Observe service behaviors of employees and provide feedback to all associates
- Identify performance gaps and work with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance
- Review guest feedback and other data to identify areas of improvement to maximise training programs effectiveness
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new associates
- Assist with Human Resources administration tasks and offer general support to the team
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
