Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated goal oriented individual to lead Global Selling account management programs to launch/grow Sellers from Europe to US marketplace. The role will own building strategy for the EU2US arc global selling own delivering results through an team of Managers & Account Managers interface with worldwide Sales and business leaders and work closely with product teams to drive product development that matter to our Sellers. The successful candidate will have to thrive in an ambiguous environment be able to think big to build/contribute to multiyear business strategies be able to influence and work with multiple internal teams and develop processes and mechanisms that are scalable and improve Seller Experience. Further the successful candidate is a business owner who understands the key levers to drive business growth and can operationalize those levers across their team. They have a passion for people leadership and are at their best when theyre building developing and managing highperforming teams.

Key job responsibilities
Business planning and leadership:

Lead a team of account managers and manage program independently
Own business planning goal development and building strategy for the function. Modelling and forecasting business metrics for the purpose of making strategic decisions to grow Seller business
Analyse Seller and program performance trends diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements
Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of Selling Partners in an everchanging business environment.
Contributes to and leads strategic plans and documents for the organization.
Uses data to provide insights to business leaders and is able to effectively represent the function in various forums (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs etc.
Take data driven decisions to prioritize strategic initiatives focus areas etc.
Lead a team of Account Managers to meet Seller recruitment goals (launches/Revenue/program adoption etc.
Lead recruiting and hiring efforts across direct team and broader organization
Develop weekly metrics to track critical inputs and outputs and report out in weekly business reviews and regular flash reports to senior management.

Aim towards continuous Process Excellence:

Collaborate with other internal departments to support the improvement of tools and processes to enhance the Selling Partner experience and drive productivity for Account Managers
Identify quantify and define feature enhancements and new products to improve our service offerings based on customer feedback data analysis and feature gaps with competitive products
Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework

3 years of team management experience
Bachelors degree
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
7 years of experience in ecommerce in sales/ Account management/ Category
