We are looking for a Client Success Specialist to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pureplay fleet manager in the world we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Client Success Specialist you will build and maintain relationships with our customers and provide ongoing day to day account support recommending cost saving solutions and managing processes to optimize the productivity of their fleet. You will also contribute to the clients ability to achieve their company goals as well as to Element Fleets attainment of account retention and growth objectives.

A Day in the Life

  • Work with customers and internal crossfunctional teams to develop the account strategy that best suites the customers needs and goals.

  • Executes daytoday requests and activities complex or routine in accordance with clients policies procedures and priorities.

  • Uses discretion and independent judgment advising clients and works with client to recognize need and recommend solutions.

  • Takes ownership of client issues and applies critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.

  • Customer data analysis and/or reporting

  • Leverages subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries

Requirements

  • BS or BA in business or related field is required. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • 25 years customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable preferably in a B2B service environment

  • Proficiency in various MS Office software applications including Word Excel PowerPoint

*Internally this role is called FPS Partner*

The hiring base salary range for this position is $60400 $83050 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data.

Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
