Creating new revenue streams with AssetLite Knowledgedriven businesses Set up Minception as separate company in M&M sector focused consultancy. Led Prospect Innovation an incubator ecosystem of global Mining technology startups with solutions in AI ML digital processing and energy transition. Prepared growth plan focusing on revenue capacity building and marketing. Strategy formulation Business Development Acquisition & Alliances globally. Monitoring mineral commodity markets including critical minerals.
Mandatory skill sets:
strategy transformation M&A Auctions Market Assessment Feasibility Assessments modelling Transactions PPP policy regulatory project management Digital Solutions for operation improvement Public Policy Analysis and Evalautions ESG and social impact assessments for utilisation of DMF CSR and other funds.
