Job Responsibilities
Facilitates and participates in the development review and evaluation of Individualized Family Service Plans for infants and toddlers with developmental delays/medical conditions; assists families in gaining access to early intervention services; coordinates multiple providers of services and work collaboratively with community agencies and providers; coordinates developmental evaluations and assessments. Minimum Qualifications
Masters or Bachelors degree in Audiology Child Development Child Psychology Clinical Psychology Developmental Psychology Dietetics School Psychology Early Childhood Education Early Childhood Special Education Elementary Education Family/Community Counseling Nursing Nutrition Certified Orientation/Mobility Specialist Occupational Therapy Physical Therapy Social Work Sociology Speech Language Pathology Special Education EducationORa related field with at least 20 of the credit hours addressing child development disabilities or family systemsORlicensed Registered Nurse.
Preferred Qualifications:Case Management Experience
