What youll do:
- Proficient in developing and completing plans for largescale AI programs guiding them through the entire lifecycle of feature development including hypothesis validation finetuning evaluations velocity improvements and other critical stages such as requirements gathering risk assessment and resource allocation.
- Understand the entire solution its dependencies and impacts to ensure smooth product delivery at every achievement.
- Maintain a deep endtoend understanding of strategies involved in early feature market fit identification.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities tailored to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Keep contributing teams unblocked by rapidly moving to resolve any issues that have the potential to impact the overall schedule.
- Question all teams thoroughly to address assumptions and gaps that arise when numerous teams contribute to a complex plan.
- Define and drive the processes the GenAI Initiative will use to coordinate communicate and resolve crossteam issues.
- Facilitate crossteam collaboration and coordination to enhance overall project outcomes.
- Proven track record to multitask adapt quickly to shifting priorities and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
- Regularly inspect what is going well and what is not in order to adapt the process.
- Establish an engaged group of leaders from collaborating teams to help implement the overall plan.
What you will need to succeed:
- Insatiable curiosity. You recognize which issues are critical and dont let them go until they are solved. You ask lots of probing questions until you are satisfied that all the bases are covered. You love finding out how things work and identifying the gaps that naturally occur between teams in fastpaced and complex projects.
- Act as a source of truth for your deep knowledge and connections.
- A relentless positive attitude that rubs off on those around you. Gaps and issues WILL occur and it is far less important to affix responsibility than it is for us to remedy the situation. As a team we uncover those gaps make sure they get accounted for and do so with a positive cando attitude.
- Ability to actively tackle issues to unblock teams for which you may not have any prior context. You excel at quickly finding out who you need to talk to across all levels of org structure seeking them out and driving resolution.
- Acting quickly and holding each other accountable for timely decisions is vital on our team. We prioritize using available information rather than aiming for a perfect understanding of the problem.

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
