Job Summary
Drives core execution and operational efficiency through strategic planning and policy implementation for the Director at the Narrowband SATCOM Acquisition Delta United States Space Force.
Telework is at the clients discretion. Travel is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develops and executes Space Force and mission-level acquisition strategies plans and concepts directly supporting customer strategic and tactical objectives. Formulates and assesses innovative organizational concepts analyzing their technical financial and integration implications across the enterprise. Provides expert acquisition advice and support crafting reports papers and briefings that comply with communication guidelines. Evaluates acquisition documentation to ensure adherence to policy strategic alignment technical feasibility and resource constraints. Offers actionable recommendations to program leadership on deliverables and services presenting multiple options that consider public interest and program responsibilities to improve decision-making. Drives portfolio management effectiveness through innovative organizational visions and communication strategies that promote efficient resource utilization and shared goals. Develops monitors and supports strategic communication activities in collaboration with leadership ensuring alignment with program objectives. Maintains consistent stakeholder communication and coordination to foster collaboration and ensure alignment. Coordinates consolidates analyzes and oversees administrative and office management processes to ensure timely and effective execution of actions suspenses and synchronization and integration of all strategic planning efforts contributing to the development of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM). Develops and maintains a master schedule of planning activities with detailed timelines working with leadership to proactively manage the planning process.
Qualifications and Skills
Required knowledge and years of experience
Must have at least ten (10) years of experience. Must have experience inSpace Force Acquisition Strategies Policies and procedures. Formulate assess and implement innovative organizational concepts.
Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree - Sciences Engineering Business Project Management is preferred.
Certifications
Program Management Professional (PMP) DAWIA PM Level II or equivalent certification.
Clearance Requirement
Secret - TS/SCI Preferred
Salary
The minimum salary starts at $140000 and the max is negotiable based on experience.
